Paul H. Layne
Managing Principal of Layne Property Partners
Over the past three decades, Paul has consistently been responsible for the acquisition, leasing, operations and disposition of 10’s of billions of dollars of commercial real estate assets in 15 different markets across the United States. Paul oversaw one of the most diversified real estate platforms in the country, including award winning master planned communities, the creation of the multi-family development division, the creation of the property management division, the acquisitions of some of the largest commercial office buildings in the US, and personally led, from concept to completion, the development of the tallest building built in Chicago in the last 30 years.
Paul’s experience in leading large commercial real estate companies, his knowledge of how to determine the true value of an asset, and the trust he has created in relationships throughout the US gives investors confidence to partner on LPP acquisitions.
Paul is a Trustee for the Scanlan Foundation, Board Member Cristo Rey Jesuit College Preparatory High School, Board Member, University of Houston Graduate Real Estate Program. Board Member, Covenant House, ULI Houston Advisory Board, Board Member.
KEVIN Layne
Vice President
Kevin Layne recently joined Layne Property Partners (LPP) as Vice President, where he will lead the efforts for new ground up developments and assist in acquisitions and operations.
With nearly a decade of commercial real estate development, finance and operations experience, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to LPP.
Kevin previously served over 7 years at the Signorelli Company, where he was most recently Sr. Vice President. Prior to the Signorelli Company, Kevin worked at Avison Young in investment sales.
Corey Layne

The Original Round Top Antiques Fair
Corey is in charge of acquisitions, leasing, development and operations of Blue HIlls at Round Top and The Original Round Top Antiques Fair. Acquired in the fall of 2017, the highly successful antique venue has almost doubled in revenue and leasable square feet under Corey’s leadership and hard work on the ground.
At Layne Property Partners, Corey works closely with Paul on tenant advisory services and specialty development projects.
Corey also headed up the acquisition of the West Alabama apartments and the due diligence required prior to that purchase and current assets under contract. The third party management company reports to Corey.
